Livingston Eight-point target

-

Although it was disappointing not to have picked up all three points at home to Dunfermline last weekend, I think we have to look at the bigger picture. A well-earned point against another of our play-off promotion rivals shouldn’t be frowned upon as it not only moved us level on points with Dundee United, we have now reached the magic 40-point mark that David Hopkin has spoken about for the vast majority of this season. I believe our next four fixtures will have a huge say in where we finish up, with champions-elect St Mirren and United due to visit the Tony Macaroni Arena before difficult trips to Cappielow and East End Park beckon. I think we should be targeting no less than eight points if we harbour serious play-off ambitions.
