Hunt for man over indecency offence steps up

Tayside police have launched an appeal to find a man wanted in connection with an indecency offence.

Police Scotland issued the appeal yesterday featuring the image of a man “they would like to speak to” as part of an ongoing investigation.

Their appeal follows an incident which took place on Park Avenue, Dundee, at about 1pm on 16 December last year.

The man is described as white, in his mid-30s, 5ft 9in, of average build with dark thick curly hair and wearing dark-coloured jersey top and trousers.
