Many a mickle makes a Muckle in digital drive

- By MARTIN FLANAGAN

Muckle Media, the public rela‑ tions and digital marketing agency, today announces the launch of a Glasgow office and appointment of a new direc‑ tor to lead its online and social media offering.

The group, which already employs a total of 19, with offic‑ es in Edinburgh and Inver‑ ness, said Pauline Mclaugh‑ lin will oversee the new Glas‑ gow office and be digital lead at the agency.

She was formerly director of digital agency Equator’s pub‑ lic relations and social media division. Nathalie Agnew, MD of Muckle Media, which acquired Platform PR in 2015, said Mclaughlin’s aim was to grow fee income to £2.8 mil‑ lion by 2020, and increase the size of the team.

Agnew said: “Pauline’s expe‑ rience, drive and ambition is a great fit (for us) and I can’t wait to work with her to grow our digital and creative offering in Scotland and beyond.

“Launching in Glasgow has been in our sights for several years so we’re very excited.”
