Teenager arrested over park rape

A teenage boy has been arrested over the rape of a 13-year-old girl near Stirling.

The attack happened while the girl was walking in Ladywell Park, Bannockburn, on 10 February.

Police said the teenager would be referred to the Scottish Children’s Reporter.

“Anyone with information who has not yet spoken to officers is asked to contact them,” a spokesman said.
