Made in Britain?

Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri, the superb black comedy, had an American cast, a US location, an American theme and an Irish director yet it tenuously won Best British Film at the Baftas because of the input from Film 4. The tragedy is that Darkest Hour and Dunkirk, the best truly British films in years, were overlooked.
