Hamilton Accies Defensive errors

Losing to Rangers by two goals is pretty much par for the course, but our defence was in generous mood once again on Sunday. We’ve made so many individual mistakes since the start of 2018 it is hard to count them.

We were very sloppy on Sunday, although you do have to give the Rangers forwards credit for forcing mistakes and then capitalising on them. If we can’t improve on this right now, then we will surely slip to the foot of the table very soon.

On a brighter note, Lewis Ferguson did well and ought to have won more than just one penalty, while debutant Ross Jenkins looked promising too. We’re now at the stage where we simply have to get some better results and the match against Thistle on Saturday would be a good place to start.
