Stolen wheelie bins and fires blight Fife city

A spate of antisocial incidents in Dunfermline have sparked a plea for help.

Police received 15 reports of stolen wheelie bins, youths causing disturbances and fires being lit in the Townhill Woods from 1 to 22 February.

Parents have been asked to help by making sure they discuss the consequences with young people in their care. Sergeant Kenny Greig said the reckless setting of fires put the general public at great risk.
