What has made you proudest in the past 12 months?

Seeing the range of courses and institutions, across the UK and beyond, that our students go on to, which show the breadth of their interests, from architecture to zoology.

What is your favourite way to spend a Sunday afternoon?

A country walk with my family followed by afternoon tea and and a good book or the newspapers. Alex Hems, 48, is married with two daughters, aged 10 and 12. Her teaching subjects are English and Latin.
