Early Days Nurseries now has six locations in the heart of Edinburgh after an expansion in 2016.

The award-winning nurseries, which feature in both the West End and Stockbridge areas, can accommodate nearly 350 under fives and are led by a team experienced teachers and highly qualified practitioners.

The children take part in a whole host of activities including swimming lessons, yoga classes, forest schools and music sessions.

Each nursery has a landscaped garden equipped with stimulating outdoor play structures.

A qualified nutritionist has created menus incorporating both traditional and innovative dishes, championing the relationship between a healthy diet and a healthy lifestyle. Menus are age appropriate and inclusive of cultural, personal and medical needs.

All nurseries are being installed with Sonos music systems, providing nursery teams with complete control over music in each room using wifi technology.

In addition to this, 2017 saw the complete refurbishment of Early Days original nursery on Palmerston Place, with a state-of-the-art sensory room being installed.

The interactive room features projector screens, an interactive carpet, bubble tubes and lots of other exciting equipment, giving the children a beautiful sensory environment to learn and develop.

And that’s not all, Early Days Nurseries has also launched its very first app, giving parents easy access to all things nursery related. The app includes learning and activity updates, calendar access, menu information and an online payment facility making life for parents that little bit easier.
