The school is ranked in the top 7 per cent of schools nationally for “value added” at A Level and 97 per cent of Loretto’s pupils achieve entry to their chosen university, with a high proportion securing places at elite Russell Group institutions. Five pupils have been offered places at Cambridge and Oxford this year.

The enormous range of activities Loretto offers away from the classroom ensures that each pupil can grow and develop wherever their interests and talents lie.

The school’s achievements in music, art and drama, dance and its outstanding reputation in sporting endeavours – rugby, hockey, cricket, lacrosse and golf – are testament to that. Loretto’s Golf Academy is worldrenowned, and boasts a state-of-theart indoor golf centre.

Financial support is available, with means-tested bursaries to help those pupils likely to gain from an education at Loretto and who will contribute well to the life of the school, but whose parents cannot afford the full fees.
