Applications sought for scaling-up programme
0 Former participant Jo-anne Chidley of natural toiletries firm Beauty Kitchen praises the course A business programme set to take place in Edinburgh and featuring a highly renowned name in entrepreneurship is open for applications.
The residential Can Do SCALE summer school will run in June, and will feature Bill Aulet, managing director of the Martin Trust Center for Entrepreneurship at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He commented: “Scotland has so much to offer entrepreneurs… our alumni have gone on to raise ambition, increase turnover and employ more people”. Applications are now open for up to 50 ambitious participants who will be able to develop a robust strategy for growth combined with a practical action plan.
Jo-anne Chidley, founder of Glasgow-based natural toiletries firm Beauty Kitchen and Can Do SCALE alumna, said: “The business decisions we’ve made since completing the programme have undoubtedly been better and more robust than they would have been before.”
