Doubts over Scots Tests
Scotland women’s two Test matches against Ireland at Glasgow Green on Monday and Tuesday look very doubtful due to the bad weather. It is likely a decision will be made today as to whether the Irish will be asked to travel.
Should the matches survive then they will be the Scots’ final competitive action prior to the Commonwealth Games.
Coach Gordon Shepherd said: “If the games were to go ahead then we would get two tough games from a team preparing for the World Cup.”
