Body found near Perth sparks inquiry by police

A man’s dead body has been found at a property north of Perth.

Police were called to an address on Hazel Court in Alyth about 10pm Saturday.

The body of 26-year-old John Donnachy was found.

The death is being treated as suspicious as officers remained at the scene.

Detective Chief Inspector Graham Binnie said: “Inquiries into the circumstances surrounding his death are ongoing.”
