BAE wins Aussie radar contract

BAE Systems has been selected by the Australian government for the A$1 billion (£559m) upgrade to the country’s long-range high frequency radar network.

The Jindalee network protects Australia’s coastal approaches through three remote radars in Queensland, Western Australia and the Northern Territory.
