Edinburgh firm launches snack

An Edinburgh Napier entrepreneur has officially launched her first product – an alternative to popcorn.

Sydney Chasin – founder of The Healthy Crop – has commercially released her lil’pop snack made from sorghum grain. She said the next phase is to launch the first round of investment to expand the venture’s range this year.
