Aberdeen Cup tie full of spice

A replay is not the ideal outcome in any cup game and it will have a knock-on effect for our remaining fixtures with the postponed Motherwell game to be squeezed in, but with another trip to Hampden as the prize it is a game we will need to be focused on.

With the good work Steve Clarke is doing at Killie, it is not going to be a matter of turning up and expecting the result to be the same as usual down there. The added spice to the games appears to be the Killie manager attempting to get Derek Mcinnes into trouble with the SFA by demanding action on his post-match comments. It is probably unnecessary though, as the mere presence of Boyd in the Killie squad is enough spice after his recent media observations regarding us.
