Celtic Focus on finish line

-

Saturday was comfortable. Morton were adrenaline-fuelled for the first quarter, but offered nothing thereafter. We got the job done without getting out of second gear. Some questions remain. It just isn’t happening for Scott Sinclair. Tom Rogic is once again finding his sea legs and we are awaiting his talent to be launched. Patrick Roberts made the bench look more attractive. Marvin Compper isn’t just a figment of the imagination and Moussa Dembele has scored three in two games.

This season we have been a racehorse who has stopped for water once too often and there is now a race. We still have a bit to spare before we hear the hooves of the others but we now need to focus on the finishing line and stretch our thoroughbred legs.
