Re: Allan Cameron’s letter (7 March), isn’t it ironic one reason for Scotland seeking union was to counter the ban on export of live cattle to England? Methinks the Scottish Government is not so much opposed to the proposed ban on live exports per se as to the UK ban on such. (DR) A MCCORMICK
