Brechin City Double blank

-

With the country covered in a blanket of snow, there were doubts over many of the fixtures in Scotland. Having already called off the Brechin supporters bus on Thursday evening, a decision based on travelling conditions for both fans and players was to call off Saturday’s fixture in Inverness, despite the playing surface escaping the snow.

A day without Brechin playing usually means a trip to Links Park to see title contenders Montrose, but that wasn’t to be as the snow also accounted for their artificial pitch being unplayable.

I hope Saturday’s game against Dundee Utd at the Glebe will be on, but we shouldn’t be surprised should we see P-P next to the fixture.
