Make red dead

-

Nicola Sturgeon has called on Theresa May to abandon her Brexit red lines, warning that only a Norway-style deal with the EU can deliver on the Prime Minister’s promise to maintain a close trading relationship. The only reason any nationalist, including Sturgeon, is opposed to Brexit is to try and con people into another indyref. They don’t care about trade, they don’t care about workers’ rights, they don’t care about the economy, they don’t care about anything other than independence. They chose independence over EU membership in 2014 and would do so again, even if it meant Scotland becoming an economic basket case.

Arch Stainton I think they do care about, for example, worker’s rights and what the UK do about the European Working Directive, TUPE, health and safety, fishing rights etc which the Tories will be tailoring to

favour big businesses or as bargaining tool.

John Brownlie Folk who voted for Brexit seem to think that they speak on behalf of the UK population. They don’t. They represent a small proportion of the people who live in the UK. They do not distinguish between the general population or the voting population.

James Peach If people who are eligible to vote chose not to do so, then you cannot blame the outcome on those who do.

Kiatak We love Scotland and we love England. Why should both countries suffer from having to compromise political decisions to please both sides? Let’s respect each other and go our own way. In doing so, we’ll become better friends and neighbours then we are ever going to be in a forced political marriage.
