Workspace provider to launch site in Edinburgh

A global workspace provider that is part of the group behind the Regus brand has announced the expansion of its Scottish presence by opening its first centre in Edinburgh.

Spaces is seeking to tap into the capital’s buoyant entreprene­urial communitya­ndincrease­ddemand for flexible workspace after launching in Glasgow’s Charing Cross last year.

The new site will open in May in sight of Edinburgh Castle, and spans about 30,000 square feet across three floors in 1 Lochrin Square. It offers co-working space, serviced offices, meeting rooms and virtual offices,andmembere­vents such as yoga, and business speakers discussing the latest trends.

Richard Morris, UK chief executive of Spaces, owned by IWG, said Edinburgh has “much to offer and is rich with creative and flourishin­g businesses”.
