What’s the last piece of clothing you bought?

Two pairs of Adidas leggings – a burgundy and a black pair. I love the fit.

What are you addicted to buying?

Accessories. It’s amazing how you can change an entire look by adding either a choker, or a belt or a killer pair of earrings. At the moment I’m loving hats.

Best ever bargain?

That would have to be my £5 perfume Ferne, which is available as part of my Poundland range. People have said it smells like Tom Ford’s Portofino. I wanted a perfume that I would happily wear myself that smells high end, and this does.

Who has great style?

Olivia Culpo, she’s amazing and manages to always look so cool. She mixes up her styles which keeps her look really interesting.

Name your favourite high street shop.

That would be Topshop, but I also love a bit of Zara.

Any fashion disasters you’d care to tell us about?

The worst for me was one year at the National Television Awards, I decided I would wear something a “bit different” and went for a pink and purple Fifties-inspired dress and this BIG hair do. I don’t think you can get too hung up on fashion disasters though. Fashion is about taking risks and finding your identity, you can’t do that if you’re always playing it safe and dressing for other people’s approval.

What’s your favourite item in your wardrobe?

A vintage leather jacket that I am obsessed with. I’m worried it’s already so old that I’ll end up wearing it until it’s threadbare. n
