Puffing it up: Bells Food Group has record pastry production in its sights

Following the launch of Bells Professional Pastry by Bells Food Group, the company has its sights on a number of “high profile” partnerships, which should boost pastry production to an all-time high at its Shotts factory. Around 1,040 tonnes of specialist puff pastry and puff pastry shapes were produced in the last quarter and supplied to a number of UK and Irish meat, fish and poultry manufacturers. The firm aims to build on this success with a number of new product innovations and partnerships in the pipeline.
