Serviced office group signs major Glasgow deal

Serviced office provider Orega is to launch its first business centre in the Central Belt after closing a deal for space at 9 George Square in Glasgow.

The firm is taking almost 22,000 square feet spanning three levels of the office development on a ten-year management agreement, in a move that will see it open its second offering in Scotland.

In September 2016, CBRE announced that Orega had made its first venture into the country with the lease of 26,000 sq ft at the Silver Fin development in Aberdeen.

Occupying a prominent location in the heart of Glasgow’s main business district, 9 George Square comprises ten levels of open plan office space.
