Falkirk Attacking trident

- Stephen Crombie

Falkirk’s emphatic win over Morton at the weekend helped move the Bairns another step closer to Championship survival. Three first-half goals put the game out of sight despite enduring some spells of pressure from the visitors.

The team’s confidence is growing with each week that passes and that has never been more evident with our strikeforce. On-loan strikers Alex Jakubiak from Watford and Andrew Nelson from Sunderland are a revelation to this Falkirk team. Along with Lewis Longridge this attacking three’s grit, determination, skill, attitude and desire are a joy to watch. The Hartley revolution is well under way. If we secure our place in this league and manage to finish above the Pars, Hartley will get the key to the town.
