Livingston Never-say-die spirit

- The Livi Lion

I think Tuesday night’s stalemate with Morton ended any hopes we had of catching leaders St Mirren. But we remain in pole position to finish second, although Dundee United do have three games in hand.

To come out with a point against Morton looked increasingly unlikely after Shaun Byrne was sent off and Gary Oliver looked to have won the match for Jim Duffy’s side in the 88th minute. But, time and again, our players have shown they will give everything until the final whistle and Jackson Longridge’s 94th-minute strike brought euphoria around the Tony Macaroni Arena. The matches are coming thick and fast now and we can expect a real tough encounter when Falkirk visit on Saturday.
