From tomorrow, Lidl is launching a limited edition hiking range, which includes a range of essentials for men and women with prices starting from a minuscule £2.99 (for socks), and rising to £19.99 for an ultra lightweight jacket, complete with “water-repelling bionic finish”. You can also pick up waterproof trousers with UV protection for £9.99, aluminium hiking poles for £11.99, and a long range walkie talkie for £29, among other useful things.
