In fact, apart from slipping into something orange and checking into a monastery, we find it hard to think of an activity more conducive to getting into the zen zone. However, apparently it’s a bit of a green-fingered trend this year, with Japanese gardens, soporificallyscented plants and water features all helping make the garden the most chilled out place to be. n
