Three arrested and £400k of drugs seized

Three people have been arrested and drugs worth £400,000 seized in a police raid.

Officers searched a property in Earlshill Drive, Howwood, Renfrewshire, on Thursday afternoon and discovered a pill press and tablets, believed to be etizolam.

Two men, aged 27 and 29, and a 27-year-old woman were charged in connection with alleged drugs offences. They are due to appear at Paisley Sheriff Court on Monday. Detective Inspector John Stewart said: “We have recovered more than £400,000 worth of drugs.”
