Tannoy blast fails to put off cool Laidlaw

Greig Laidlaw had to turn a deaf ear to an Italian tannoy blast to ensure Scotland’s Natwest Six Nations did not end on a sour note. The scrum-half faced the unwelcome broadcast as he was about to take a late penalty, but was not put off, converting his kick to seal a 29-27 win over Italy.
