Located on the sixth floor of Exchange Plaza on Lothian Road, the new penthouse extends to almost 14,000 square feet – one of the largest single floors of office space in central Edinburgh.

The building’s owner, Lister Property Partnership, has also refurbished the seven-storey atrium, housing a tree which fills the space, as well as incorporating a new “informal meeting and break out space” for tenants. JLL and Knight Frank are acting as joint letting agents.

Other occupiers in the building include Cairn Energy and legal firm Burness Paull as well as a newly opened Brewdog bar on the ground floor.

Geoff Scott at JLL said: “The refurbished penthouse at Exchange Plaza is one of only four sites in the city that can offer such a large volume of space on a single floor.”
