Capital homes at an affordable price

Cruden Homes’ Vision development, in the Craigmillar re-generation area of Edinburgh, is reporting brisk sales since its launch.

Open to buyers for just a matter of weeks, the development of apartments and houses has now clocked up its 20th sale, all of them off-plan as until now there have been no finished homes to view.

An on-site sales and marketing suite has now been launched to give buyers an idea of what to expect, which, according to Cruden Homes’ sales and marketing director, Hazel Davies, is a welcome addition to the development.

She says: “Sales up until last weekend have been handled by our selling agents off site, so it was great to see our new sales and marketing suite finally open at the development.

“It made an immediate impact on buyers, with eight reservations taken over the weekend, even though there are no properties to view as yet.”

Vision is Cruden Homes’ third and final new homes development in Craigmillar and will include a collection of affordable two and threebedroomed villas and one, two and three-bedroomed
