They want to take the worst aspects of council tax and amplify it. They stood on a platform last election of replacing it with 1% of the house value. So single home owners in a nicer area using little services get absolutely hammered, regardless of income, 3 working adults in a flat in a less nice area using lots of services pay a fraction of it, divided amongst them.
