Perthshire lodge could be bang on the money
The first phase of bespoke, custombuilt timber lodges are more than halfway sold at Balloch Park, the residential and holiday development at Mains of Taymouth Country Estate and Golf Course.
The estate recently launched a comprehensive buy-to-let holiday package, aimed at investors looking for tax-efficient investments in holiday properties.
Buying one of the lodges, priced from £179,000, as a buy-to-let holiday home gives purchasers a guaranteed investment return and tax savings.
The two and threebedroomed properties, constructed from sustainable timber with low running costs and ecofriendly credentials, are furnished to a Visitscotland five-star standard, giving them a head start in the Highland Perthshire holiday lettings market.
Buyers can alternatively buy a lodge as their own luxury holiday home or as a permanent residential downsizing property.
“We are delighted to be more than halfway sold here in this first phase at Balloch Park, with just eight lodges remaining for sale,” says estate manager Peter Bancroft.
