What’s the last piece of clothing you bought?

A few fancy jumpsuits. I love performing in them.

What are you addicted to buying?

Recently I was turned onto Espionage Cosmetics. They make nail stickers that are very easy to apply, remove and replace, and last as long as I’d like them to. They come in amazing designs including Wonder Gal (a play on Wonder Woman). It satisfies the nerd in me as well my nail issues.

Best ever bargain?

The best bargains can be found at Off Broadway Shoes. This is a GIANT building in Hollywood filled with really amazing, inexpensive shoes. I once bought a pair of beautiful Michael Kors heels for $80.

Who has great style?

Celine Dion. I love her, probably too much. Her style is super chic and playful.

Name your favourite high street shop.

I get a lot of my jumpsuits and shoes from Nordstrom.

Any fashion disasters you’d care to tell us about?

I’m generally not a fashionable person. I have spent most of my time playing sports or in a science lab running strange experiments to hopefully better the universe. About four years ago I thought wearing a man’s suit and putting my hair in a messy bun looked professional. I’ve learned a lot since then.

What’s your favourite item in your wardrobe?

If I could choose what to wear every day, it would be workout shorts, a tank top, and my slippers that are shaped like hippos. n
