Vandals trash cemetery memorial bench

Vandals have destroyed a memorial bench in Culross cemetery.

The incident happened at some point between 8pm on Friday and 10:20am on Saturday.

Police officers are now keen to speak to anyone who may have seen or heard anything suspicious in the area during those times.

Sergeant Hazel Gibson of Dunfermline Police Station said: “Vandalism in a cemetery is completely unacceptable and naturally causes distress to the community.” Those with information are asked to call 101.
