Into the Valley: Futurex co-founders take five start-ups to home of tech

The co-founders of Leithbased start-up Futurex, Zoi Kantounatou and Bruce Walker (above, centre and right, with fellow co-founder Adam Purvis, left), are taking five tech ventures to California next week to meet Silicon Valley business leaders and venture capitalists. The founders of Kafoodle, thinkwhere, Miigen, Novosound and Dooey will take part in a weeklong leadership event, including meetings with the investors behind Tesla and Twitter. Futurex’s next event, Impact Summit, is almost sold out.
