-

Drugs with a street value of more than £320,000 were seized in the Highlands and Islands last month.

Police carried out raids on homes and searched vehicles as part of Operation Ram, aimed at disrupting the drug trade in the region.

More than £21,000 in cash was recovered during the searches.

So far five people have appeared in court following the crackdown.

March saw 33 search warrants executed and illegal items were found in more than 100 searches of people on the street and vehicles across the region.
