St Johnstone Transition time

Until it is mathematically impossible for Saints to finish in the bottom two I will not rest easy. It is that time of the season when clubs start to offer players contracts once safety is secured. Only Killie have been busy on that front. I’d be surprised if Tommy Wright has not only identified players who will be leaving but also told them. What might determine the number leaving is how many targets are secured early on.

After the win against Hamilton some fans on social media admitted changing their mind about players to be retained and provided reasons why they should now stay!! What a win does to the mindset. Transition is painful but has to be tackled with the future in mind, forgetting the part players played in past glories.
