Second chance to pitch for an Ayrshire home

-

Bellway is inviting buyers to fall in love with the new phase of its Fardalehill development in Kilmarnock which has just launched.

The first phase sold out faster than the builder had expected, prompting an investment in an additional 82 homes on the site, which sits opposite Annanhill Golf Club.

The latest phase will include six types of threebedroomed homes along with three styles of fourbedroomed homes.

Prices start from £184,995 for the Erinvale threebedroomed detached home and £210,995 for the fourbedroomed Oakmont.

The advantage of buying from the second stage is that those homes that are nearing completion in the first phase give prospective buyers a good idea of the finished product.

Fraser Conn, sales director at Bellway Homes Scotland, says: “One of the nice things about the new phase is that buyers can see exactly what is on offer and what properties will look like by visiting the development and touring our Belfry and Victoria showhomes. We already have a lot of people on our mailing lists who missed out in the first phase and hopefully we will be able to accommodate them this time round.”
