Form points to Beshaayir win

- By NICK ROBSON

William Haggas and James Doyle’s association has got off to a good start this season and the pair team up again with Beshaayir in the Follow @myracingtips on Twitter Fillies’ Novice Stakes at Wolverhampton.

With the Lincoln already in the bag for Haggas and Doyle, thanks to the potentially top-class Addeybb and a double on All-weather Finals Day, both trainer and jockey can be content with a profitable start to the season.

This filly could be pretty decent too, having shown up well on her debut at Newbury in August when beaten only a nose before returning to Berkshire and winning comfortably. That form is not too shabby as the runner-up, Foxtrot Lady, was subsequently placed in Listed company, so while Beshaayir’s 1,000 Guineas entry might look fanciful at this stage, it does at least show the regard in which she is held.
