Police appeal to public after ‘charity theft’

Police in Dingwall are appealing to the public after the recovery of property in the town.

Items were recovered during inquiries into a theft from Dingwall Recycling Centre on Thursday.

Two men aged 27 and 21 arrested in connection with the theft have been released pending further inquiries. Sergeant Fiona Lake said: “Items which we have recovered may have been left for donation to charity.”
