Ross County Draper in his best place

Hibs used a similar 3-5-2 system to County and used Scott Allan behind the strikers as their playmaker. However, a quarter of the match had gone by the time he played a telling pass and shot, and that was only from going so deep to collect the ball, because Ross Draper was marking him. Draper has been used out of position for so long that some County fans are only now seeing him in his best position. Nullifying Allan had a big part to play in getting a draw.

The whole team is now showing so much belief, appetite and confidence that it’s difficult not to get swept up in the buzz. Stuart Kettlewell and Steven Ferguson have re-formed a team in their own image and their enthusiasm is contagious. This side is worth watching.
