A funding programme touted as delivering highspeed broadband to 100 per cent of UK properties has been labelled “grossly unfair” for potentially shortchanging Scotland.
As long as Scotland is part of this broken Union nothing will be fair.

The Scottish Office was repeatedly accused of mumping and moaning about lack of investment in “national infrastructure” which broadband is now in the 21st century. However, it is not only Scotland. Only a few days ago, councils in the north of England were complaining about the same thing: a lack of funding.
