Bain Capital in diversification

Private equity firm Bain Capital has tidied up its merger of Zenith Hygiene and the UK arm of Diversey, a hygiene business in the US.

The merger will create the largest maker of cleaning products in the UK. Bain bought Diversey from Sealed Air in September last year, and acquired Zenith using Diversey’s balance sheet yesterday.
