Chinese investor buys Rhu hotel

A Chinese investor has snapped up the Rosslea Hall Hotel in Rhu, Argyll and Bute, for an undisclosed sum.

Property firm JLL, which advised BDL Select Hotels on the sale, said the deal marked the investor’s first acquisition in the UK hotel market. The 30-bedroom hotel has two function/conference rooms and parking for 80 vehicles.
