Telford homes in on record figures

London-focused housebuilder Telford Homes is celebrating record annual revenues and profit on the back of an acute housing shortage in the UK capital.

Telford said that its profits for the year would beat market hopes, rising by more than 30 per cent year on year. The firm has more than 2,900 homes under construction.
