Modern take on a Glasgow classic

CALA Homes (West) has launched the second phase of apartments at its 21 Mansionhouse Road development in Langside, Glasgow.

Located on Mansionhouse Road in the southside of the city, the development features 101 one, two and three-bedroomed apartments as well as a penthouse collection across three separate buildings.

The first phase, called Weavers Court, was released in 2017 with many purchasers securing their apartment off plan.

The second building, Moray View, offers purchasers a choice of three different apartment types, the one-bedroomed Argyle, two-bedroomed Mackintosh and threebedroomed Burrell.

Each includes a mix of traditional and contemporary features and a high specification finish.

The homes are being marketed to young couples, families, professionals or those looking to downsize but stay in the city.

Designed to complement the area’s existing features, 21 Mansionhouse Road mirrors the tenemental form of the rest of the road and will provide some striking panoramic views
