Dumbarton Survival fight

Our play-off spot has finally been settled and we’ll be battling for survival come the end of the season. It’s been frustrating to throw away points from winning positions in the last couple of games, and even more so when discovering Falkirk had lost. The opportunities were there.

We’ve not had a decent run of results this season and that’s why we’re where we are. Scoring goals has been an issue too, although in recent games we have started to find the net and it’s the defence who are beginning to look dodgy.

In these last couple of games we need to field our best players so they are in the swing of things for the play-offs. I do think our best players would win them. Whether they all play is a different matter.
