Study history
The First Minister has refused to name who represented her party in the reported Cambridge Analytica meeting (or meetings). Clearly she has not read any recent political history – surely Watergate should have warned her. Leaders trying to hide names and details from those who finance them, and pay for their consultants and special advisers, is a nono. It worsens matters and arouses further suspicion.
As conscience or a sense of irony clearly does not exist in the SNP, they will no doubt continue to castigate others for doing what they do shamelessly themselves. There is some comfort in knowing that, like Watergate, intimate details of the SNP-CA connection will come out in the end.
